Do or DIY

Challenge
The idea is to create an interactive platform around the exhibition, where visitors can create their own illustrations based on the different stages of graphic design, by having access to a platform through a QR code scan. On this platform, people have the chance to use every tool for drawing, painting or sketching, in order to produce a graphic design artwork inspired by the famous pieces they’ve learnt about during the physical exhibition. Further, people can also save their creations on their devices, in order to keep that memory forever or they can share it on their social media, with the aim of keep promoting the exhibition with all of their followers.
UI DESIGN
Goal
This project is focusing on the creation of an interactive timeline about the history of graphic design. We always gain new knowledge by visiting museums and, after a lot of research, I found out that, to improve museum experiences, designers and directors are seeking new ways to make museum visits more appealing and enjoyable to a larger audience by installing interactive exhibits. In fact, interactive exhibitions can: allow social engagement amongvisitors, promote creativity, help retain information.
